Seven Steps to Start a School
Create a Written Identify
Whilst its inception must derive from the mandate God has given you, the written identity is a single document covering the school’s foundations. It will details the school’s mission, vision, values, objectives, status and location. Before it can be completed, a core team must be appointed.
Familiarise Yourself and Your Core Team with A.C.E.
This will involve visiting a current A.C.E. school and completing a professional training course.
Establish the School’s Framework
The framework should never stray from the foundations laid throughout demarcations 1 and 2. The framework is to be created by the School Council. The council are advisory experts, who must ﬁ rst be appointed by the Core team and then guided by the ‘Schools on Track: Framework.’
Train Your Staff
Your prospective staff members will need to complete the Professional Training Course. They will have been chosen through the recruitment process outlined within the Framework.
Establish the School’s Function
The completion of the ‘Schools on Track: Function’ will enable the physical operation of the school.
Register Your School
This process is administrative. Ofsted will visit your school for a pre-registration inspection.
Signing the CEE Purchase Agreement will enable you to receive your full School Start-Up Pack of necessary materials.

Training For Everyone
Professional Training Course
The 5-day ‘Professional Training Course’ will simulate the methodology and procedures of running a learning centre of students on the ACE curriculum. This course shows you how to facilitate students as they learn and grow as disciples of Jesus and fulfil their highest and best.
Schools On Track
'Schools on Track’ provides a framework for your school to function on solid foundations. This is the administrative course where we walk you through all legal matters of school setup from the environment, staffing and financial matters right through to final government registration.
