The wisdom of the sensible is to understand his way, but the foolishness of fools is deceit.
The definition of ‘Prudent’ is ‘acting with or showing care and thought for the future.’ Each human being is moving forward through life. Teachers, students, parents, children—all have the opportunity to practise this characteristic.
Prudence is commonly related to people who are excessively prim and proper, but this is a misrepresentation of it’s true meaning. It’s about taking care of what you have, not treating life lightly. Thinking before speaking, looking to see the bigger perspective, using knowledge to make decisions—showing the world around that time on earth is being valued.
Don’t neglect prudence, but rather, let it bring depth and quality of living into the moments that are given.
