And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Colossians 3:15
Practicing gratefulness is beneficial, not only for the soul, but for the mind and body too.
For the people in this fast-paced world, anxiety and hopelessness are a common occurance. People are faced with crisis and disappointment at almost every turn. Joy becomes a rarity; some even start to hate their own existence.
Gratefulness is a weapon against this mindset. Find Jesus, and even in an exceptionally hard day, you will find something to be grateful for, and joy will find you in the process.
Take a moment to think now. What can you be grateful for today?
